Can’t Regrow Your Hair? Well Now You Can

I’m quite vocal amongst my friends about how it’s been hard for me to regrow my hair ever since shaving it off fully about three years ago. Before, I had thick and full hair that would have others envious of me – really! It may seem cocky, but it’s true. After shaving, it hasn’t grown back that easily since, and while it may be due to me aging, a part of me thinks it’s actually because of the prayers from the envious ones. They’re probably silently cheering right now!

All jokes aside, there are many ways that you can naturally re-grow your hair, and I’ve had some success since. If you’re not seeing the typical signs of male pattern baldness, you may want to talk to your primary care physician to pinpoint a problem, thus pointing towards a resolution.

Growing Your Hair Naturally

If you still can’t pinpoint a reason why your hair isn’t growing as well as you’d like, try the following tips for re-growing your hair naturally. Some of these worked really well for me, while others didn’t. Not everyone’s issues are the same, which means the resolutions may not work for everyone.

Improved circulation – Improve the blood flow to your hair follicles through better circulation. This can be done through cardio or various exercises. You may even want to enlist your closest friend (or significant other) to massage your scalp, which encourages blood flow to the follicles even further.

Vitamin supplements – Biotin B5 is yet another nutrient you shouldn’t stray from, and it can be found in vitamins supplement for hair loss. When you don’t have Biotin B5 present in a supplement, you may not see much of a change in the growth of your hair. Beyond this, the health of your hair is improved on, so you can have thick and beautiful hair that doesn’t look all ratty. Remember, just because it’s longer, doesn’t mean it’s healthier! You have to protect all aspects of your hair, or else you’ll encourage it to fall out even further. Zinc, and vitamin D3 are also super important for encouraging hair growth.

Herbal supplements are fantastic for encouraging hair growth, and you don’t have to worry about putting chemicals into your body. Furthermore, there are things like Saw Palmetto which is great for promoting the imbalances between DHT and your body. When you have an imbalance of this, you may see hair loss or hair growth stumping as a whole.

When it boils down to it, how you take care of your body is how your body reciprocates. Don’t forget about diet and exercise, as those two are pivotal in promoting hormonal health and general health.
